how did you manage that?
teamwork.
my brother on one side arguing, me on the other.
but the clincher was him giving an emphatic were-never-coming-here-again "fine" and turning to walk away.
that's awesome. i know that works with my company. anyone who gives the "i won't ever buy this software again" phone voice can pretty much get away with whatever their little heart desires.
ive never had to use it, but i will if i need to.
