Dang, that's really sad to hear. Is the car 'totalled' as in "undrivable/unsafe at any speed/ Honey? Why is the transmission in the back seat?" totalled or in the "Crap, well, that car sure didn't hold it's value" totalled?
Glad to hear that all involved are safe and sound, and no matter what else, i'm still certain it was the other persons fault.
you can see pictures of the damage below. it just didnt hold up to its value... and im really upset at the value the insurance company determined - it is lower than i want.
repairs were estimated at being $600ish over the cars value. we havent decided what we are going to do with it yet - im waiting on a detailed list of estimated repairs. but we probably wont want it back.
damn, I liked that car too. it was fast.
