i just turned two huge loops of fabric (probably an inch+ wide and four feet long) without a fancy loop turner.

I can't say that I know what it means to turn fabric loops. any help here?
think... making spaghetti straps for a tank. fold the piece of fabric in half, sew together, then turn right side out.
