Could you state which service this is so we can never, never go anywhere near them?
its one of two isps available, and the other is much worse. this is alaska, after all.
theres a huge outage today and everyone (apparently) is trying to get ahold of tech support. last week some retart cut through some optics cable downtown and the phones were down for a few days. this is probably related.
