I suggest changing it to:

But I'll do you one better. Here at work, the phone survey asks for customer feedback ratings "on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the highest".

That's right, folks. If someone wants to rate my service a "10", but they press the wrong button or push the buttons a little too slowly, it will come through as a "0" or a "1". Apparently a 10-point scale from 0 to 9 would have just been too simple.

The survey results, in turn, determine whether or not I will get a monthly bonus. What a morale-booster!
