You'll forgive me for an ungracious smile, I hope... :)
If the building is empty, who's running the satellite dish on top? Is that abandoned too? (Things like that usually get sold or "disappeared" when a business closes.)
well... maybe it is still in use. but the doors are all boarded up with for sale signs and i have never seen any activity there. and if i were trying to sell a hotel, including the dish would make a nifty little perk (there arent many satellite dishes in town).
