my definition is "if i haven't gone to sleep yet, it's still the same day. it's only the next day once i have slept." so i suppose if i didn't sleep for a week, it would all count as one day. but then, if i didn't sleep for a whole week, i'd probably be hallucinating so badly that it would all run together and seem like one day anyway.
well with that definition, it would have been morning. i had been asleep since 9pm, then b and the dog came to bed at 2, after which i was not able to fall back asleep.
