Dreaming of a White Ice Fog
- Forty below zero is the same temperature in Fahrenheit as it is in Celcius.
- It doesn't snow around -40° or less.
- Temperatures colder than -30°F result in ice fog.
- Ice fog: shiny ice particles formed when water vapor meets bitter cold air that can't hold any more water.
- -30°F is the magic temperature: getting above that after a stretch of colder temperatures is like a heat wave.
