The Secret To My Weight Loss In Three Easy Steps

1// Stop hating the horrible world that would allow my little sister to die in a motorcycle accident; cease needing 40 pounds of squishy emotional armor.

2// Stop shoveling food into my mouth until my stomach is sore (aka 'full'); eat smaller portions more frequently throughout the day; drink a ton of water; stop with the ice cream already.

Shigatsu: I cropped off the labels purposefully because it really doesn't matter what the starting and ending weight numbers actually are. The graph is my weight (y-axis) plotted over time (x-axis). Δy = 20lb, and Δt = 6mo (I have updated the caption with this information).

So what you're saying, but admitting it's purposefully cropped, is that each gray line on that graph represents 1 pound.
