I would have expected an insurance claims adjuster whathaveyou person to know common road terms.

I must admit that I didn't know what a berm was either. But I was able to figure it out. Over here, we call 'em snow banks

The baby has red hair... but it would not surprise me if Marty�s hair colo has changed. John thinks it is Damon, I think I agree.

LMAO - My husband had a similar problem with the insurance company when he tried to explain that I hit a FERRY in Seattle. He asked them what state they lived in (TX I think) so he explained water and boats to the person on the other end of the line. LOL!
