Wells Fargo, I'm Looking At You

The bank that holds the lien on my wonderful car? Not so much with the holiday spirit.

So much so that I can only make an online payment if I have a checking account with their bank.

And the automated system? The one that is designed to take my monthly payment in the form of blood and limbs and firstborns? The system that ate away my entire lunch break? Hung up on me four times yesterday. FOUR TIMES. While I was trying to give it money.

Please, would you take my money?

Hi, remember me? I wanted to give you my money and you...

Is it possible that you don't really want...

Well you stupid piece of...

When I finally got through to the place where I give it my money and it takes my money and won't repossess my puppy dog, I was informed that they don't take credit cards. At all. Ever. Not online, not over the phone, not in person, not with a mouse, not in a house.

The hell? Who doesn't take credit cards?

Whatever. Fine. Take it right from my jugular checking account. Oh, and please, do charge me a $5 fee for the privilege of hanging up on me five times. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

First of the year or so I'll be looking into refinancing with a bank that doesn't suck quite so hard.

4 Love Notes

I'm not sure there are banks that don't suck so hard. I've heard credit unions are friendly, maybe?

I have problems with Wells Fargo all the time, but I just call Jenci and make her fix. Its always nice to have a friend that can do that, I think she's the only reason I haven't switched to someone else.

definately switch to a credit union. i love mine. waaaay better than those stinking banks.

I do my regular banking with a credit union, but when I bought the car the car place only worked with Wells Fargo and my bank never got back to me regarding my loan application. And though I do have a sister-in-law who works for them, she legally and morally can't do anything to help me with any problems. Maybe I should start calling Jenci.
