Those are the worst. Make sure you wear a rash-guard shirt from now on and SPF with BLOCK (zinc works the best). I may not look like it, but I always wear zinc block spf 40+! Always.
Don't itch it. Put ice on it. Take anti-histamines (benadryl or any OTC allergy medication).
If you continue to go out in the sun, you might end up in the ER like the year I did when I was PG with Genevieve and didn't know it -- I had to take huge doses of steroids, use creams and RX antihistamines AND stay out of the sun - to help the rash go away. It wasn't the most pleasant Hawaiian experience of my life, that's for sure.
Put lots of aloe on it, I do not want you slowing me down on Sunday. Remember, conor is fast, one minute he's there the next....
